I rp Joshua as asexual (or, maybe as a stretch, demisexual) and while he's technically older than his appearance leads on, I'm not interested in rping sexual content with him since he's stuck in his younger body. I am okay with kissing if there is some circumstance that would lead to it, but only if the characters are of similar age to how he appears, and anything beyond that is completely off limits.

Mind Reading Permissions Opt In/Out

Joshua is a mind reader - he regularly reads other's surface thoughts in order to get a better read on them or pick up on information he ought not to know.

He cannot delve into people's minds and pick out information they aren't actively thinking about.

Joshua can also use the power of suggestion by "Imprinting" key words or phrases into a person's thoughts in an attempt to influence their decisions.

The way these suggestions are interpreted are highly subjective and up to the interpretation of the person receiving the word or phrase. Think Inception but the person isn't necessarily asleep! More similar to a "burst of inspiration" like the feeling of "eureka!"

Please comment here if you are either okay with or would rather Joshua never mind read or Imprint on your character! There are plenty of IC reasons I can think of that would keep him from doing it (including that it costs Chroma for him to do it).

I'm fine with Joshua mind-reading and imprinting for my characters. If anything comes up in a thread that I'd rather not play out or have Joshua be privy to, I'll let you know.

Erasure Permissions Opt Out

Joshua has the power to erase physical objects - up to the size of a car.

He also has the power to erase conceptual things such as memories or souls.

The way he does it involves doing enough psychic damage to the target in question (physical or conceptual) that he more or less breaks something's component energy apart and scatters it to the four winds.

I won't ever have him use this ability directly on a person or their belongings without first requesting permission OOCly, so this is really only an opt out post for people to note to me they never want this to happen in any of our threads!
